We're Growing!

Hey guys just stopping in really quick to give you guys a little bit of a back story and update!

So as you may know if you’ve been keeping up with us (if so I just want to say a HUGE thank you!) we’ve been going through a lot of changes lol.

Crowned Inn Collection started out as a kind of clothing boutique. I saw it as a collection of apparel that would help to empower women, hence the name “empowerment attire.” At the core of this vision I saw it as a means to support the ultimate feminist movement.

I’ve experimented with writing blogs over the past year so I figured I would add the “lifestyle” aspect to supplement the vision. Needless to say I started to connect more with the blogging aspect than the store aspect.

To save you guys from a ridiculously long story of each and every move that was made, I just skip to the important one.

To be a little transparent with you Queens, I struggled with my relationship with God. I would be “on track” for a while but then I would slowly fall off. A couple of months ago I started to slip into a depression. Thankfully I was able to get out of it by turning my focus back to God. Once I did that I was feeling amazing (thank You God).

But for some reason, the closer I got to God the more disconnected I felt from CIC. It just didn’t feel like my company anymore. Then it hit me, I felt like that because it no longer reflected me. So looking at my own life I realized that I was missing that “practical encouragement” of being God’s image of a woman. Thus the rebirth of CIC happened.

Crowned Inn Collection is my ministry. Its purpose is to be the safe haven for women that strive to live God’s purpose driven life. CIC is here to show women that it is very possible in this day and age!

To celebrate this brand new start we’re revamping our site! So be on the lookout for that and a few more surprises!
